The following terms are used throughout this document. Understanding them will help you read the rest of the Terms and Conditions clearly.

Before you create an account on w111, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. These are not optional — they are binding conditions of use.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. w111 does not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — companies, organisations, and automated bots may not register accounts on w111.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active account on w111. Each individual is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged, suspended, or permanently closed at w111's discretion.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. w111 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to keep your password secure.
• By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

Managing your w111 account responsibly is your obligation. Please keep the following in mind at all times.

• You must update your account information promptly if any of your details change — including your email address, mobile number, or payment method details.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login and no transactions) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. w111 will contact you before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant account.
• w111 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, used for fraudulent purposes, or involved in any form of collusion or abuse of the platform.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting w111 support. Outstanding balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure subject to KYC completion.
• w111 may conduct additional security checks or request supplementary verification at any time. This is for your protection as much as the platform's integrity.
• Self-exclusion and account restriction tools are available through the Responsible Gaming section and can be activated voluntarily by any player at any time.

All deposits on w111 are processed in PKR. w111 does not accept deposits in any other currency. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions on the platform.

• The minimum deposit on w111 is Rs 200 across all supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani Visa/Mastercard.
• Deposits are typically credited to your w111 wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Any delays are attributable to the payment provider, not w111.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. w111 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or shared wallets.
• w111 does not charge deposit fees. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges — you should check with your provider before depositing.
• All deposit activity on w111 is monitored. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger additional verification as part of our anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.
• w111 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit that it believes to be made in bad faith, fraudulently, or in violation of these terms.

w111 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly. Most requests reach your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet within 10 to 20 minutes. The following conditions apply.

• The minimum withdrawal on w111 is Rs 500. There is no maximum limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name as your w111 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This requires submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your payment method ownership.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money funds that were deposited without a bonus are generally available for withdrawal immediately, subject to KYC.
• w111 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours if the transaction triggers our fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering systems. You will be notified if this occurs.
• If a withdrawal is rejected due to incorrect account details, w111 will contact you to rectify the issue. Resubmission fees may apply in cases of repeated errors.

w111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses on w111 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Each bonus on w111 carries its own wagering requirement, which is the amount you need to bet using the bonus before it converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are always stated at the point of claiming the bonus.
• Bonuses are credited to your w111 bonus wallet and are kept separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• w111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or if the promotion was offered in error.
• The referral bonus of Rs 500 per qualifying referral is credited to your w111 wallet automatically when your referred friend makes their first deposit. This bonus carries no wagering requirement.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on w111, including cricket betting, football betting, Aviator, roulette, baccarat, and any other product available on the platform.

• All bets placed on w111 are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, modify, or reverse a placed bet unless w111 explicitly provides a cash-out or edit feature for that specific bet type.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error affecting a bet — whether during a cricket match, football game, or casino session — w111 will investigate and resolve the situation based on available data. Resolutions may include settling the bet at the pre-error odds, voiding the bet, or replicating the session from the point of the error.
• Minimum bet amounts apply by product type. The minimum single bet across all sports markets on w111 is Rs 100. The minimum stake on Aviator and casino games may differ and is displayed in the game interface.
• w111 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all casino products. These are independently audited to ensure fairness.
• Obvious or clear pricing errors — where an odds value is evidently a system error and not the intended market price — will be corrected. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided at w111's discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. w111 is not liable for any bet acceptance delays caused by data latency from third-party sports data providers.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on w111. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one w111 account for any reason, including to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting (arbing), matched betting abuse, or any systematic exploitation of pricing errors to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Colluding with other players on w111 to manipulate game or bet outcomes for mutual financial gain.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with w111 in a way that is not part of normal human use of the interface.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing w111 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any restricted area of the w111 platform, or any user data that does not belong to you.

w111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We want every player on our platform to enjoy gaming as an entertainment activity, not to experience financial hardship or emotional distress as a result of it.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your w111 account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase requires a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• You may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, your w111 account will be inaccessible for all gaming and betting activity.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During any self-exclusion period, w111 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from creating a new account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any content from w111 without prior written permission.
• You may not use the w111 name, logo, or brand assets in any way that implies an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to w111 regarding the platform may be used by w111 without any obligation to compensate you or seek further consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w111's liability to you for any loss or claim arising from your use of the platform is limited as follows.

• w111 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• w111 is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment failures, force majeure events, or regulatory changes.
• w111 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party data sources used in sports betting markets, including live scores and statistics.
• In all cases where w111 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to w111 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by w111's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

w111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on w111, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• w111 collects personal data including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, and payment details for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data will not be sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• w111 uses industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.
